The Gym Freak LEVEL 2 is for everyone who has less than 2 years (on & off) experience in lifting weights and for those who successfully completed Level 1 program.

You will train 5 times per week and perform a total of 15-18 sets per session. Focus will be on glutes, hamstrings and quads and you will do agonist-antagonist split for upper body. It will help you develop rounder and sexier booty, well trained upper body musculature and strong core!
You will also do full body circuit workout on your active rest day.

 

Duration of the program is 4-8 weeks and contains 1 training block, but you can follow this program as long as you are making progress. Once you feel that you've reached a plateau, its a perfect sign to start LEVEL 3.
